QuickBooks Pro

Beginning Level      

Teaches the student how to create and manage a QuickBooks company, a chart of accounts, company lists, product inventory, purchase orders, statements, invoices and forms.

Intermediate Level       

Expands on a student’s knowledge to work with bank asset, liability and equity accounts.  Teaches the student to handle expenses, accounts payable, credit card transactions, sales and payroll taxes, and process payroll and work with  QuickBooks Pro and Quickbooks Pro Forms 940 and 941.  Additionally, the student learns to create job estimates, invoices, reports and graphs.

Advanced Level       

This level provides a student with knowledge of class tracking (preferences), mail merge, tax table updates, on-line banking and payments, bank transfers, and tax agency payments.
